Our AI Safety & Enablement team is seeking a Program Manager to ensure the successful and responsible implementation of productivity-enhancing AI solutions across the company. We are dedicated to ensuring that all deployed AI agents meet safety and compliance standards while achieving high user adoption.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of our AI programs, focusing on strategy, quality, and adoption. You'll work closely with stream-aligned teams to provide the guidance and support needed to develop effective and responsible AI agents. You will also collaborate with various departments, from sales to legal, to help them identify and assess which AI initiatives are most impactful.

What You'll Do...

• Lead Program Strategy: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning development efforts with our company’s objectives.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Partner with different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, professional services) to help them assess potential AI initiatives and their strategic impact.
• Manage End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI agents, ensuring efficient execution from start to finish.
• Ensure Safety and Quality: Implement frameworks to validate the quality, safety, and compliance of AI solutions, defining metrics and designing evaluation methodologies.
• Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Drive User Adoption: Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful adoption of new AI solutions, including change management and trust-building measures.
  
  

What We're Looking For...

• Experience: 4+ years in a Program or Project Management role, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Basic Python knowledge for analytics tasks is mandatory.
• Work Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural company. Ability to work fully remote with colleagues across different time zones.
• Mindset: A generalist who can adapt to technical discussions but is primarily focused on program strategy, execution, and stakeholder management. While deep AI expertise is a plus, a strong curiosity and willingness to learn is essential.
