Your next challenge

As a member of the Deloitte Innovation team, you will focus on driving innovation and digital transformation for the leading Consulting firm of tomorrow.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Augment our staff by embedding an innovation mindset and the necessary skills to perform in a digital world
• Transform our organisation’s internal processes to build better products and services faster
• Build and reinforce our market positioning as the leading consulting firm on innovation and technology related topics

Your responsibilities:

• Support the digital upskilling of staff by running gamified challenges, developing new career paths, managing innovation events, and building a strong innovation community
• Support the implementation of a company-wide accelerator for high-potential ideas by envisioning the optimal process, building dedicated teams, and removing impediments along the process
• Facilitate the accelerating of high-potential ideas by defining business models, business cases, user stories and business requirements
• Support our go-to-market efforts by defining marketing plans, creating eminence, and supporting service proposals associated with The Garage
• Engage with the innovation ecosystem in Luxembourg and internally at Deloitte globally
  
  

Your Skills

• A degree in business, engineering, finance, or IT
• Strong analytical and (creative) problem-solving skills
• Affinity for Service Design, Design Thinking, Scrum
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with team spirit at its core
• Public speaking and facilitation skills
• Interest in new technologies and concepts such as AI, Blockchain, Cloud
• Fluency in English (any other European language is a plus)
