What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and continuously evolve the global product roadmap and initiative portfolio across all sub-products and regions.
• Facilitate cross-product alignment through structured quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and prioritization frameworks.
• Support product discovery phases by connecting regional inputs, platform constraints, and customer needs into a global prioritization logic.
• Translate strategic objectives and OKRs into portfolio structure, ensuring traceability from vision to delivery.
• Monitor initiative progress, unblock cross-domain dependencies, and escalate where trade-offs are required.
• Ensure data-informed decision-making by implementing feedback loops and impact tracking mechanisms.
  
  

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer

• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, WSJF), and portfolio governance
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect roadmap decisions to business outcomes
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to enable alignment across siloed stakeholders
• Fluent in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, and OKR systems
• Confident in data interpretation, impact modeling, and structured communication
