About this opportunity:

We’re looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our international team working on a high-performance Online Charging System (OCS). You’ll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services, while expanding your expertise in telecom protocols and cloud-native tools in a supportive, agile environment.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
• Contribute to features based on 3GPP Policy Control (e.g., Diameter, 5G REST).
• Collaborate with global teams in an agile (Scrum) setup.
• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Learn and adopt AI and DevOps tools (e.g., Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Kubernetes).
• Grow your skills under the mentorship of senior engineers.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs; exposure to telecom protocols like Diameter or 5G REST is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Git-based workflows and build tools like Maven.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and basic monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus.
• Enthusiastic to learn, contribute in an agile team, and grow your technical skills.
