Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Content & Editorial Manager to develop our new content and portal initiatives while leading and expanding our editorial team. This strategic role will transform Bitcoinsensus into a dominant crypto media hub, driving content strategy and establishing editorial excellence across all platforms.

The ideal candidate combines deep crypto industry knowledge with proven editorial leadership, content strategy expertise, and the ability to build high-performing content teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Content Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy aligned with our vision to become a premier crypto media hub
• Define editorial guidelines, content roadmaps, and quality standards across all platforms
• Lead development of new content verticals and portal initiatives to expand market reach
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business objectives into compelling content strategies

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of writers, editors, and content creators specializing in crypto/blockchain
• Recruit and onboard top-tier editorial talent with crypto expertise and industry passion
• Establish clear workflows, editorial processes, and performance metrics for consistent, high-quality output
• Foster a culture of learning, creativity, and professional growth

Editorial Excellence & Content Operations

• Oversee all written content: articles, market analysis, educational guides, reviews, and breaking news
• Ensure content meets highest editorial standards while remaining accessible to beginners and experts
• Drive content innovation through new formats, multimedia integration, and interactive experiences
• Manage editorial calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery

Market Analysis & Brand Voice

• Stay ahead of crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and industry innovations
• Identify emerging topics and narratives that resonate with our diverse crypto audience
• Establish and maintain Bitcoinsensus's distinctive editorial voice and brand positioning
• Collaborate with social media and community teams to ensure content drives engagement

Required Qualifications

Experience & Leadership

• 8+ years editorial leadership experience in digital media, with 3+ years in crypto/blockchain/fintech
• Proven track record building and scaling content teams from 5 to 15+ members
• Exceptional team leadership and mentorship capabilities with remote team management experience
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple content initiatives simultaneously

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
• Comprehensive knowledge of crypto trading, market analysis, regulatory landscape, and emerging technologies
• Experience with SEO, content management systems, and digital publishing workflows
• Proficiency with analytics tools, editorial workflow systems, and collaborative content platforms

Communication & Creative Skills

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities with portfolio demonstrating crypto/blockchain expertise
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Experience with multimedia content integration (video, podcasts, interactive elements)
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external representation
