🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

Are you passionate about the future of technology and its transformative potential? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in building innovative solutions that drive the tourism industry forward.

What You'll Do:

• Design, create, deploy and maintain various BI products and applications through Power BI,
• Build and implement reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making,
• Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines on PostgreSQL and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring data quality and high performance at scale,
• Work with large-scale datasets (20M+ daily records) to transform raw data into actionable insights,
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, indexes, and data models for performance and scalability,
• Analyze datasets using Python or R,
• Develop solutions to improve reporting and dashboard efficiencies (performance, load times, usability),
• Monitor daily automated tasks to ensure proper functioning,
• Create technical documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• 5+ years of professional experience with BI tools and data modeling,
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL,
• Experience with large datasets and performance tuning on relational databases,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Hands-on experience in Azure Portal and Synapse Analytics,
• Strong background in data modeling and data visualization.
