Role Description

Numi is looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our founding team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role (open to remote for the right candidate) where you’ll be directly involved in the heartbeat of our company: keeping things running smoothly as we grow at lightning speed.

You’ll work side by side with the founders on everything from customer support to process building, partnerships, and analytics. This is not a 9–5 role—we are a fast-moving startup, and we’re looking for someone hungry, resilient, and ready to put in the hard work it takes to build something truly impactful.

In this role, you will:

• Own day-to-day operations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support customer service and make sure our community feels heard, supported, and empowered.
• Identify inefficiencies and build processes that help us scale.
• Provide analytical insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Wear many hats—you’ll be part operator, part analyst, part problem-solver.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and analytical skills; you thrive in solving problems and streamlining processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience in customer service and/or operations.
• Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in fintech, startups, or the digital asset sector is a strong plus.
