Senior UX Designer (225-826)

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate complex processes into simple, delightful interfaces. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the UX design process from ideation to final implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve overall user satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
• Maintain design consistency across the platform through cohesive design guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to enhance user interaction and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine and implement design improvements.
• Engage in continuous learning and innovation to stay ahead in UX design methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that balance business and user needs effectively.
• Monitor and analyze usage data to inform design decisions and strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and impact.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sophisticated timelines.
