DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Remote (Must be based in Sweden)

Join an innovative organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating security into cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, evolving DevOps practices into DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Integration: Develop and implement security strategies for infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring & Observability: Design and establish logging, monitoring, and observability systems, ensuring compliance and supporting secure operations.
• Education & Collaboration: Advocate for a security-first mindset, working closely with teams to improve awareness and implementation of secure practices.
• Hands-On Leadership: Design, build, and deploy technical solutions to enhance security across the organisation.

Technical Requirements:

Cloud Expertise:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (including tools like CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, with experience embedding security into pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to enhance security workflows.

Monitoring Tools:

• Solid experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability platforms.
• A track record of implementing monitoring and logging frameworks.

Compliance Knowledge:

• Familiarity with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks, with experience working in regulated environments preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Strong grasp of DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
• An understanding of network security principles and best practices.
