Data Scientist – Generative AI

I’m currently partnering with a leading enterprise in Singapore that is investing heavily in its Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE) to build and scale AI/ML solutions across the business. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team that is not just applying AI, but shaping AI as a core product capability for the organization.

The team is working on high-impact projects spanning Generative AI, customer journey optimization, and operational efficiency, with strong backing from senior leadership and a culture that actively champions innovation.

• You’ll be one of the key specialists driving Generative AI adoption in a large-scale enterprise setting.
• Direct exposure to strategic business problems, with freedom to shape AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment.
• Work with modern AWS stack (Bedrock, foundation models like Claude, Titan, Llama, etc.) and apply state-of-the-art approaches such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic flows.

What they’re looking for

• 3–5 years of data science experience, ideally with hands-on exposure to AWS platforms and MLOps.
• Strong foundation in GenAI techniques (prompt engineering, evaluation guardrails, embeddings, chunking).
• Solid understanding of classical ML models, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead in the AI/ML space.
• Industry background in financial services, telecom, or consulting would be advantageous
