Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Game Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in game programming, community building (discord), research, and playtesting. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the development team & community team to test new features/udpates, manage player data, debugging, and researching top games. The role requires a proactive approach to learning and applying new skills in game development/design/production.

Qualifications

• Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills (unity)
• Experience in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming
• Understanding of Game Design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in person (Midtown Manhattan)
• Enthusiasm for gaming and game development
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
