Data Scientist

Requirements

• Availability to start by December 15th at the latest (Mandatory).
• Academic degree (MSc/PhD) in Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (Mandatory).
• At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, modeling, or artificial intelligence, ideally working with large datasets and using PySpark (Mandatory). Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying analytics models into production.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for combating financial crime by enhancing the effectiveness of our Transaction Monitoring (TM) system. In other words, you are driven to build models that deliver tangible impact for the bank, rather than focusing solely on creating the most complex analytical models.
• Organized, precise, and communicative, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and roles. Proactive, business-focused, and solution-oriented with a strong can-do attitude to make a real difference in fighting financial crime.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact, and dynamic environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
