Go Language Developer

We are searching for a skilled Go Language Developer to join a high-performing team building the Open Source Compliance System—a platform that simplifies compliance processes for public cloud engineering teams.

This role involves designing robust backend solutions, integrating tools like Jira and GitHub, and automating workflows to enhance developer productivity and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Go-based microservices and backend systems with high scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver optimized solutions
• Integrate and extend services with external tools, including Jira, GitHub, and Sirius
• Write and maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented codebase
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold development quality and encourage team learning
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing with Go (Golang)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and backend design principles
• Familiarity with third-party tool integration, such as Jira or GitHub
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL
• Background in using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment environments
• Competency in writing unit and integration tests
• Understanding of security practices, compliance, and open-source licensing considerations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English B2+)
