Lead Network Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to design and manage our cloud network infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing network solutions that ensure high availability and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about cloud networking and ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud network infrastructure
• Manage DNS records across cloud-native solutions and integrate them with on-premises solutions
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network solutions that meet business needs
• Automate network tasks using scripting and tools to improve efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud networking

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Engineer role or similar
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking services, including VPC and VPN
• Experience with Cloud/BlueCat servers and DNS management
• Proficiency in network security principles and practices
• Strong understanding of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP and DNS
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages like Python
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as ELK and SolarWinds
• Background in Jenkins Pipeline
• Understanding of IP Addressing and Subnetting for network design
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Professional Cloud Network Engineer certifications (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
