Key Responsibilities
Drive the full lifecycle of multiple game projects, from initial concept through to launch
Guide and support the product team, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery of milestones
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, external studios, and suppliers
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee compliance and seamless game rollouts
Monitor performance and costs while contributing to long-term strategy and roadmap development
Keep ahead of industry trends to inspire product innovation and competitive advantage
Requirements
Background in gaming.
Demonstrated success in delivering engaging, high-performing game content
Skilled in producing clear, structured game briefs and documentation
Solid understanding of game mechanics, prize models, and player engagement drivers
Experienced in managing multiple projects within Agile workflows
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
Previous people management experience is desirable
