AI ML Engineer

We are seeking an AI ML Engineer to join our team for an initial 6 month contract. This position will focus on developing and implementing intelligent document processing platforms and focus on automating pre-existing manual processes.

Typical Duties

• Develop, engineer and implement an end-to-end AI/ML platform from scratch, tailored to intelligent document processing
• Build custom agents or automation bots
• Develop an AI-powered agent to extract structured data and integrate outputs into a user friendly AI
• Replace manual processes with automated solutions leveraging agentic AI solutions
• Deploy and manage solutions within Azure ecosystems, including Azure ML, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience as an AI ML Engineer with IDP, OCR and data extraction skills
• Ability to showcase your portfolio across bot creation and automation of workflow and IDP
• Well versed working off and integrating solutions within Azure ecosystems
• Python
• ML Frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
• Experienced with Document processing tools and intelligent document processing such as Azure Form Recognizer, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, or custom OCR pipelines
• Familiar with LLMs and agentic AI architectures
• Any exposure to banking, financial services, utilities or insurance would be beneficial
