Business Analyst (Digital Consulting)

• Be a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping product roadmaps and defining high-impact solutions;
• Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements for cutting-edge digital platforms across web, mobile, data, and more;
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, QAs, Developers, Designers—across multiple business domains;
• Drive and refine sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritisation based on business value;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring clear outcomes, continuous improvement, and momentum; and
• Champion user-centric thinking and bridge the gap between business needs and tech execution
  

• 5+ years in the software development industry, with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master);
• Deep experience in Agile projects and methodologies, Scrum is your second language;
• Strong knowledge of Jira, backlog management, user story creation, and sprint tracking;
• Experience working in a professional services / consulting environment;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confident in presenting to clients and leading stakeholder discussions;
• Proven ability to understand complex systems, translate them into clear documentation, and align them with business goals;
• Comfortable pushing back, suggesting better alternatives, and advocating for smarter, customer-first outcomes;
• Experience with BDD (Gherkin), BPMN diagrams, and working in consulting environments is a plus; and
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and an interest in leveraging GenAI tools to enhance your impact
