Sr. Product Designer - LATAM

We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our Product Team. This person will be working together with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, transforming concepts into seamless user experiences and interfaces.

What is Oppizi?

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We've built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people's hand), Door-to-Door (in people's mailbox or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people's mailbox via national post service). We operate in 12 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo and many others.

The ideal candidate is dynamic and will be involved in various aspects of the business while being responsible for designing UX/UI for our new features and products.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery, ensuring a consistent and user-centric experience.
• Translate business and user problems into intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech leaders, Engineers, QAs, and other stakeholders to shape the product and bring ideas to life
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to guide development
• Drive and contribute to our design system, maintaining consistency while enabling scalability across our products
• Balance speed and quality, knowing when to prototype quickly and when to sweat the details
• Advocate for user needs and champion design thinking across the organization.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh perspectives into the team.
• Mentor and inspire other designers, raising the overall quality and craft of the product design team
  
  

Must-have Requirements

• Good writing and oral skills. Fluent English
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions
• Detail-oriented.
• +4 years of experience in a product design role at tech startups
• Experience with Figma
