- Develop UX/UI designs for various industrial applications such as websites, apps and a range of interactive elements
- Ensure an accessible user experience (WCAG Guidelines)
- Discuss designs with your colleagues according to the dual control principle
- Create and maintain design libraries (e.g. in Zeplin or Figma) and support our development partners in ensuring high-quality implementation
- Actively participate in customer meetings – some of which will be on-site – and discuss designs with the customer and the software development team
WHAT WE NEED
Skills we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience with complex UX/UI design and software development projects – this position is not aimed at career starters!
- A degree in user interface design or relevant UX/UI training
- You’re an allrounder experienced in the entire UX/UI process from A like UX reserach to Z like UI Design
- A strong understanding of user-centred design and the ability to translate the findings of your UX tests and research into compelling UX concepts
- Experience in setting up and maintaining design systems
- Confident use of classic UX/UI tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as experience with development interfaces and component libraries (e.g. Ionic and Material UI)
- Experience with agile processes, design documentation and collaboration with software developers regarding design implementation
- Creativity, problem solving skills and a strong eye for detail
- Sensitivity to the big picture and an interest in trends in UX & UI, HMI and digital transformation
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team (UX/UI, 3D, product design & marketing)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You work in a structured, independent, proactive and reliable manner
- You live in Austria, ideally in or near Vienna
