Senior Cybersecurity Manager GRC - Consulting

Location: Munich and German-wide (hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance projects for private sector clients. Drive business development while advising on security frameworks, regulatory compliance, IT security architecture, and awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GRC-focused cybersecurity initiatives and client relationships.
• Advise on and implement security frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, ISMS, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
• Align security strategies with business goals and evolving regulations.
• Guide project teams and deliver comprehensive IT security solutions.
• Conduct security assessments and lead awareness programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or IT risk management.
• Business-savvy with strong client engagement skills.
• Passionate about emerging security technologies and trends.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, SABSA, etc.) preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and positive under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English, excellent communicator.
