Tasks

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of a Graphic Designer is to create visually compelling and brand-consistent graphics for a wide range of media. Graphic designers play a pivotal role in crafting visual communications that effectively convey messages while ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce engaging and on-brand graphics for various media formats, including digital and print
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Conceptualize and develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and brand identity
  • Create preliminary drafts and present design concepts for review and feedback
  • Utilize design software and, when necessary, manual techniques to produce illustrations, logos, and other graphical elements
  • Make informed choices regarding type size, style, and layout to enhance the visual and textual components of designs
  • Select appropriate color schemes and layouts that resonate with the target audience and brand aesthetics
  • Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to refine and finalize designs for various projects
  • Conduct testing to ensure graphics display optimally across different media and devices
  • Actively incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project specifications and client expectations
  • Strive to maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines to ensure that final graphics and layouts are not only appealing but also on-brand


Requirements

Experience:

  • Demonstrate a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that showcase your design skills and creativity, which should be attached to your CV
  • Possess at least 3 years of professional experience in a Graphic Designer role, demonstrating a track record of successful design projects
  • Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is considered an advantage, as it may be relevant to the company's industry
  • Be proficient with design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Exhibit a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in design work
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients to understand and deliver on design requirements
  • Excel in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking, meeting deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Be tech-savvy and stay updated with the latest design and technology trends to bring innovative and fresh perspectives to design projects


Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Design or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
