- Partner with engineering and trading teams to define and execute testing scenarios.
- Develop tools and automation for performance testing and monitoring.
- Analyze network and systems performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners on next-generation low latency solutions.
- Drive improvements in stability, efficiency, and overall system performance.
- Become an internal subject matter expert on low latency trading environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and C#.
- Experience with Python (data analysis, Jupyter notebooks) and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
- Excellent troubleshooting, testing, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, computer internals, and networking protocols.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve complex performance challenges.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in low latency or high-performance systems (finance or similar domains).
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, BGP, IGMP, Ethernet, multicast).
- Exposure to FPGA technologies and advanced networking hardware (Solarflare, kernel bypass).
Why Apply?
- Work with the latest technologies in high-performance computing and trading.
- Opportunity to directly impact system performance in live trading environments.
- A collaborative, flat-structured environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
- Competitive package and career growth in a global, tech-first organization.
