DevOps Systems Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team of experts in delivering innovative, scalable, and reliable DevOps solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain highly reliable, scalable production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
• Identify and implement DevOps best practices across the team and organization
• Lead efforts to optimize performance, resource utilization, and headcount growth
• Guide teams in designing infrastructure as code solutions to improve automation processes
• Consult and support teams working on cloud application development
• Ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of all DevOps systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for production and development systems

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity) and monitoring dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Solid knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, Powershell)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and user management (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML)
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English (B2+)

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, either AWS, Azure or GCP
