Finance Manager

We are building the next generation of payment infrastructure, combining stablecoins with regulated financial services to help businesses move money faster, safer, and in full compliance across traditional banking rails and blockchain.

We are now seeking a Financial Manager who will play a key role in managing accounts, treasury, and financial operations. Join us as we grow at the unique intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.

Management & Financial Accounts

• Support preparation of monthly management accounts and group financial statements.
• Assist in ensuring accounting aligns with IFRS/crypto-related reporting standards.
• Help coordinate audits, regulatory filings, and investor reporting.
• Assist in consolidating financial data across multiple jurisdictions.

Treasury Management

• Help monitor fiat and stablecoin liquidity across multiple bank and crypto accounts.
• Support daily cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
• Assist in managing capital allocation between fiat, stablecoins, and counterparties.
• Contribute to maintaining banking and payment provider relationships.
• Support implementation of treasury controls, including Travel Rule and MiCA requirements.

Financial Operations

• Help oversee day-to-day payments, settlements, and reconciliations across fiat and crypto.
• Work with compliance and operations teams to ensure financial processes meet regulatory standards.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Support development of automation for reporting, reconciliations, and treasury dashboards.
• Provide financial insights and KPI tracking to the CFO and management team.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial management, accounting, or treasury (fintech/crypto background a plus).
• Understanding of both traditional finance and digital assets/stablecoins.
• Some experience with treasury, cash flow forecasting, and multi-currency environments.
• Interest in fintech/crypto accounting and reconciliations between fiat and blockchain.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, comfortable in a startup environment.
