Senior ML Engineer (Azure ML / Microsoft Fabric)

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Azure ML or Microsoft Fabric to deliver advanced, data-driven solutions for customer segmentation and debt management optimization.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the ML lifecycle — from model selection to fine-tuning — ensuring actionable insights that drive measurable results.

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models in Azure ML or Microsoft Fabric environments
• Independently select and apply the most suitable ML algorithms
• Build models for customer segmentation and classification
• Deliver insights to support decision-making and optimize action strategies around debt management

• Proven hands-on experience with Azure ML or Microsoft Fabric
• Strong understanding of segmentation, classification, and predictive modeling
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
• Lithuanian language or fluent English

• Background in debt recovery, customer segmentation, or optimization workflows
• Experience in financial analytics projects

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Remote across EU)

Duration: 12 months
