Scrum Master (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and mentor Agile team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering self-organization.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentor team members to enhance their Agile competencies and career growth.
Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage open communication within and across teams.
Promote accountability, transparency, and a collaborative team environment.
Implement and support scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums).
Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives and product vision.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team progress, risks, and improvement plans.
Analyze team dynamics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.

Must-have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of leading Agile teams.
Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or departments.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
