Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Design and Development: Build architecture from scratch, enhance existing components, and ensure flexibility and scalability.
- Technical Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of developers (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA), fostering growth and development within the team.
- Best Practices and Code Quality: Implement best practices, organize and conduct code reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
- Core Module Development: Develop complex modules and integrate payment systems, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and UX/UI teams to align on business logic and ensure optimal implementation.
- Database Optimization and Maintenance
- DevOps Processes: Implement and manage CI/CD processes and release management for stable and fast development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel) development.
- Proficiency in Vue 3 and Nuxt 3; experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong experience with RESTful API and familiarity with GraphQL.
- Skilled in designing complex web application architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes (CI/CD).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with payroll product architecture.
- Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Fluent in reading and writing English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
