The client is launching a competitive selection process to find an experienced IT functional analyst (BEXPA1, minimum 12 years of experience) specializing in deposit/savings/cash products and with support expertise in Transact/T24.

Mission Context

Main responsibility: Functional and technical management of the new core banking system.

Specific Tasks

• Provide functional support for Transact platform (incident analysis, resolution, documentation)
• Provide technical support (SQL queries, JSON/XML formats, daily closing monitoring)
• Collaborate with integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Prepare and monitor updates, patches, and system evolutions
• Participate in testing and production phases
• Maintain and evolve legacy core banking system with TMA

Required Skills

• Autonomy, rigor, service-oriented mindset, strong communication
• Solid banking knowledge and significant experience with Transact/T24 (min. 3 years)
• Strong understanding of AA, CUSTOMER, and TPH modules
• Deep knowledge of deposit product lifecycle
• Ability to diagnose complex functional and technical incidents
