The Position
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our teams and lead strategic projects for our clients based in Luxembourg.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, and resources, in close collaboration with the Program Manager and stakeholders.
- Leading and motivating the project team (BA, UX/UI, developers, testers), assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team cohesion.
- Setting up mechanisms to monitor progress (planning, budget, quality) with tools such as Monday.com, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective measures.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues (technical, functional, organizational), escalating to the Program Manager when necessary.
- Preparing and monitoring the project budget.
- Ensuring that project deliverables comply with defined quality standards and meet user expectations.
- Maintaining transparent communication with the Program Manager, the project team, and stakeholders, including regular progress reporting.
- Handling change requests impacting scope, deadlines, or budget in accordance with program-level processes.
- Coordinating the activities of all contributors, including collaboration with architects to ensure alignment with the target architecture.
- Managing the formal closure of the project: final documentation, project review, and transition to operational or maintenance teams.
Your Profile Experience
- At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years on IT development or system integration projects (ideally involving complex application rewrites).
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects end-to-end, including technology migrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
- Strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams (BA, UX/UI, developers, testers, architects).
- Previous experience in the public sector or ERP projects, particularly with Angular / .NET technologies, is a strong asset.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
- Good understanding of technologies such as Angular, .NET, Oracle, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications (BPMN, UML, Archimate).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, GitLab) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams).
- Strong budget management and cost-control skills.
- Familiarity with estimation techniques (effort, timeline) in both Agile and traditional contexts.
- Ability to lead and facilitate project meetings and workshops with both business and technical participants.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Solid organizational and planning abilities in complex project environments.

- Resilient under pressure, adaptable to evolving technologies and methodologies.
