The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a team of IT Project Managers to join our client's project located in Luxembourg. As a IT Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources required for the project in collaboration with the Program Manager and stakeholders.
- Leading and motivating the project team (BA, UX/UI, Developers, Testers), assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team cohesion.
- Implementing mechanisms to monitor project progress (planning, budget, quality) using tools such as Monday.com, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project-specific risks and issues (technical, functional, organizational), escalating alerts to the Program Manager if needed.
- Preparing and monitoring the project budget.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet defined quality standards, specifications, and user expectations.
- Maintaining transparent communication with the Program Manager, project team, and stakeholders; preparing regular progress reports.
- Coordinating activities of various contributors, including collaboration with architects to ensure alignment with the target architecture.
- Managing formal project closure, including final documentation, project review, and transition to operational or maintenance teams.
Your Profile
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years on IT development or system integration projects, ideally on complex application rewrites.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure, including technology migrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with CI/CD tools (Gitlab).
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (BA, UX/UI, developers, testers, architects).
- Experience in the public sector or ERP projects, particularly with Angular/.NET technologies, is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
- Good understanding of technologies such as Angular, .NET, Oracle, and microservices architectures with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (BPMN, UML, Archimate).
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (Monday.com, Gitlab) and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
- Strong skills in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of estimation techniques (effort, timelines) for both Agile and traditional projects.
- Ability to facilitate project meetings and workshops with both technical and business participants.

- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams while fostering collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to technical, business, and management audiences.
- Solid organizational and planning abilities in complex project contexts.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly analyze root causes and implement solutions.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to anticipate challenges.
- Resilient under pressure, adaptable to technological and methodological changes.
