Responsibilities :

• Serve as the key liaison connecting business units, IT, and management, supporting data-driven improvements and operational excellence.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover areas for efficiency gains, cost optimization, and improved service delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and analytical reports (Power BI or comparable platforms) to provide actionable insights and track performance metrics.
• Convert business requirements into well-defined functional documentation to guide system upgrades and transformation projects.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions across teams to capture requirements and encourage alignment.
• Deliver informed recommendations to management based on thorough analysis and process knowledge.

Profile :

• Proven experience in business analysis, operational management, or performance optimization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with practical experience in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
• Structured, proactive, and solutions-focused problem-solving approach.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex data and processes in a clear and accessible manner.
• Fluent in both French and English.
