Fullstack Web Developer

They produce world-renowned musicals and live shows across multiple countries, attracting millions of visitors annually. The company culture is ambitious and driven, fostering a strong “we” mentality where collaboration and excellence are key.
Currently, they are building a brand-new global development team at their headquarters in Amsterdam. This team will be responsible for developing and managing a future-proof web platform that enables customers worldwide to purchase tickets effortlessly. Hosted on Azure, the platform will combine centralized maintenance with customizable local features. The focus is on scalability, flexibility, and creating personalized customer experiences. This transition to an in-house development team presents an exciting opportunity to grow within a multinational and make a real impact on its digital transformation.
As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the web platform, currently based on Drupal. You will build scalable fullstack solutions, working with both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other developers to create an optimal user experience. The team enjoys significant freedom and responsibility in shaping the digital strategy. In the coming years, there will also be a migration to a new platform architecture.

Profile Of The Fullstack Web Developer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Experience with backend Drupal development (modules, theming, architecture).
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or DevOps on other cloud platforms, including deployment and environment management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Understanding of commercial and operational ticketing processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in an international team.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, but not required).
- Candidates must already reside in the Netherlands; relocation is not an option.
- Up to €70,000 gross annual salary based on 40 hours, depending on experience.
- 25 vacation days.
