Executive - Business Intelligence & Analytics

We're seeking a skilled (Emirati) Business Analytics Specialist or Fresh Graduate to join our team and drive informed decision-making through data analysis. Job Purpose

To support the development and implementation of research and business intelligence projects that inform business decisions and strategy.

• collecting and organizing data from internal and external sources to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and data analyses.

• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and create reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Carry out periodic research and studies to meet business needs.
• Conduct surveys and other data collection activities to gather necessary information.

• Support in carrying out future research and foresights and pulling useful business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize relevant data metrics and use cases.

• Collaborate with different teams and departments across the organization to ensure that data and research projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or a related field

Skills:

• Knowledge of research, studies, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• English language required (advanced)
• Strategic thinking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite, reporting & presentation.
• Descriptive & inferential statistics, problem solving, analytical skills
• Knowledge Power BI, TABLEAU, Python, R, sql, or other related tools
