Senior Product Operations Manager

They’re now seeking a seasoned Operations Manager in their product team to take ownership of their global marketplace function. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the very heart of the business, working hand-in-hand with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data to drive growth and operational excellence.

The Role

This isn’t a back-office role – it’s about being the engine of the marketplace, ensuring its health while constantly experimenting, optimising, and uncovering opportunities for growth. You’ll balance strategy with execution, leading initiatives that directly impact millions of students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning marketplace performance (traffic, content, revenue) and driving improvements.
• Designing and scaling efficient processes that enable rapid growth.
• Partnering with Product & Data teams on A/B experiments to enhance marketplace dynamics.
• Conducting deep data analysis (SQL required) to uncover insights that shape the roadmap.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Identifying and launching growth levers on both the supply and demand sides.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years in a growth-focused role at a tech/product-led company (consumer marketplaces or EdTech a plus).
• Brings strong business acumen, understanding how product decisions influence the bottom line.
• Is fluent in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, and resilient.
• Is a strategic yet detail-oriented thinker, capable of zooming out to shape direction while thriving in execution.
• Communicates exceptionally well and can align diverse stakeholders in fast-changing environments.
