As Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy for vertical markets, global compliance, and competitive pricing, ensuring our Video API is the trusted solution worldwide.

The role is a great fit for an experienced product leader with a strong background in video communications who understands CPaaS systems and enjoys developing differentiated solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute vertical strategies for Healthcare and regulated industries.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and regional security standards.
• Own product packaging, pricing, and competitive positioning globally.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps and new product opportunities to guide differentiation.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with other Product Managers delivering competitive video solutions
• Drive global cross-functional teams including engineering, PM, marketing, customer success, finance, and business development to develop new video product offerings
• Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, with ability to analyze data, inform product decisions and measure success
• Lead strategic AI and healthcare partnerships to expand capabilities.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations and Marketing to drive product adoption.
  
  

What you'll bring

Required

• 6+ years of product management experience owning the entire product lifecycle
• Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO).
• Proven success defining and executing product strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers, and executives.
• Action oriented with an ability to leverage collaboration skills and initiative to get things done
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  
  

Experience We Consider a Plus

• Background in Healthcare or regulated video services.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships (AI, SaaS vendors).
• Prior involvement in go-to-market or commercial strategy.
