Freelance Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer is required to adapt an existing Key Visual design into a comprehensive set of print-ready assets for an upcoming event. The deliverables include a backdrop, roll-up banner, directional signage, A4 detailer, three table tents (QR code, reception, event details), microphone cover, podium cover, name card, product display tag, and a double-sided flyer. All necessary guidelines and logos will be provided in a detailed brief. The role is fully remote with no onsite presence required, and the final assets must be delivered by August 27th, 2025. There is also potential for future collaboration depending on the quality and outcome of this project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design for events, branding, and print production
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to adapt an existing Key Visual into cohesive, print-ready collateral
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple formats
• Familiarity with print specifications and preparing files for production
• Strong organizational skills to deliver all assets by the August 27th, 2025 deadline
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote capacity
