About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Intern to join our Zurich office on a full-time basis, starting in October for a six-month internship, with the possibility of extending for an additional six months.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the Investor Relations team and the CEO Office, gaining hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic decision-making, and corporate development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership on high-impact projects, contributing to investor communications, operational excellence, and broader corporate initiatives.

You will gain practical exposure to capital markets, investor relations, and corporate finance, while also supporting key strategic initiatives such as international expansion, M&A, and IPO preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives: Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and tangible impact.
• Investor reporting & communication: Prepare and manage quarterly reports and investor updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Fundraising & investor relations support: Assist in creating fundraising and investor relations presentations, participate in investor meetings, and manage follow-ups.
• Market research & due diligence: Conduct in-depth market research and support due diligence efforts related to investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• IPO & M&A support: Contribute to IPO and M&A-related processes, including research, documentation, and coordination with investment banks and other third parties.
• Strategic projects: Work on key initiatives led by the CEO Office, such as international expansion, process improvements, and corporate strategy development.

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in finance, digital assets, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, possesses excellent analytical skills, and is eager to contribute to a high-growth company at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain innovation.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Adaptability: Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex information, structure insights effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in Digital Assets: Strong passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3, particularly in the financial sector.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
• Initiative & Problem-Solving: Independent, self-driven approach with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Startup Mindset: A can-do attitude, eagerness to embrace challenges, and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
• Collaboration: A team-oriented, open-minded approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience or exposure to investor relations, fundraising, financial modeling, or market research is a plus.
