Telcred is a small software company based in Stockholm, Sweden, active in the area of physical

security and proptech. We provide a modern cloud-service for physical access control in

buildings. Our software manages IP-connected hardware from Axis Communications – a global

We are funded and have prominent customers, including one of Sweden’s largest real estate

companies. To support our growth journey, we are expanding our development team with two

talented fullstack developers.

About the Role

As a fullstack developer, you will join a small but highly skilled team of developers. You'll work

across the full stack of our products, from backend services including data storage, all the way

towards the frontend user experiences.

Your contributions will significantly shape the product, and if you have a passion for specific

areas such as DevOps, security or frontend web application architecture and design systems,

there are opportunities to take the lead in those domains.

About You

You have a strong computer science background and at least 5 years of experience developing

commercial software products. You are passionate about coding, produce clean and efficient

code, and stay updated on the latest frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in modern applications from a backend-perspective. Highly preferable with at least a few years experience of AWS and Java Spring Boot.
• You have at least 1 year of experience from a front-end perspective. Web, preferably

with React, or any mobile apps.

• You have experience with modern development tools and AI usage, for example OpenAI

solutions, Claude code, Cursor or similar.

• Working with SQL databases and various other data storage solutions is natural for you.
• Experience with event driven systems is a plus.

Given the collaborative nature of this core team role, we prefer candidates who live within a

reasonable commuting distance from our Stockholm office, allowing for occasional in-person

team interactions.

Technologies We Use

Our product's frontend includes two mobile apps, two web applications, and their respective

REST APIs. The backend leverages message queues to manage tasks across multiple servers,

with AWS RDS and OpenSearch for data persistence, and deployments on AWS. Due to each

endpoint being controlled by a local processor, our runtime environment is highly distributed.

Staging and production services are hosted on AWS, and we use GitHub Actions for continuous

integration and deployment. Our primary development stack is Spring Boot Java for the

backend with Flutter for mobile apps, and Next.js all for upcoming web applications.

Good maintainable and testable architectures and code design is something we prioritize highly.
