Summary

Our philosophy is to make sure product designers are involved in the full lifespan of a project. Why? Because we are not our users. As the Head of Product Experience - B2C at Property Finder, you will play a critical role in leading the design strategy for our B2C product portfolio. You will drive innovation and create seamless, user-centered experiences that directly influence our consumer's success. As a UX/UI leader, you will build and mentor a team of designers, work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to our strategic goal of dominating each market we operate in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, setting the creative direction for PF’s B2C products. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• User-Centered Design: Advocate for the needs of our customers, ensuring that all design solutions effectively address their goals while also supporting business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-quality B2C products that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Innovation: Lead design activities including problem discovery and definition, storytelling, ideation, co-design sessions, prototyping, and testing. Continuously propose, test, and evaluate ideas to improve PF’s B2B offerings.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects independently, delivering high-quality work on time. Ensure consistency and excellence in design across all PF products.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other product designers, helping them grow their skills and careers. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with B2B and B2C design and product teams to ensure a consistent and delightful user experience across all PF products.
• Strategic Impact: Play a key role in our strategic objective to achieve market dominance, leveraging design to gain significant market share and drive revenue growth.
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, or design lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise: Proven track record in product discovery, product design, visual design, interaction, prototyping, and research.
• Vision: Ability to develop design strategies that address both customer needs and business challenges.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and working effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship: Experience in managing design teams, making effective decisions, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to ship products that achieve meaningful results for customers and the business.
