About The Role

Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, safety, and innovation?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Smart Camera System portfolio – advanced solutions powered by AI-based image analysis that detect risks directly through the camera lens.

In this role, you’ll shape product strategy, drive innovation, and collaborate across our global network. Your work will directly help customers prevent incidents—on land and at sea—while advancing the future of intelligent safety solutions.

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager – Smart Cameras, you will:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle: from strategy and development to launch and optimization.
  • Own and develop the smart camera portfolio, including hardware, software, and integrations.
  • Work closely with R&D, sales, service, and operations to define roadmaps and priorities.
  • Anticipate customer needs, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of regulatory standards.
  • Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support sales and service teams with insights, manuals, and training materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to long-term platform development.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in camera technology.
  • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of optics, image sensors, video encoding, and edge device architecture.
  • Experience with AI-driven image analytics (object detection, face recognition, motion tracking, behavior analysis) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with system integration and networks is a plus.
  • A curious, technical mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in safety technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Business acumen and a strong drive to deliver customer value.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful role where your work enhances global safety.
  • A collaborative environment with high technical competence.
  • Direct influence on product innovation and future development.
  • International projects and visibility across a global organization.
  • A culture that values initiative, innovation, and long-term impact.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re excited to develop world-class safety systems and want to play a key role in shaping the future of intelligent safety, we’d love to hear from you.
