We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our team, in either Stockholm, Solna or Gothenburg.

Your Role

Our sensor systems are at the forefront of innovation, and we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic Product Manager to oversee the development of our complete sensor platform portfolio. This role is crucial for driving the technical direction and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of innovation, market, and customer needs.

Our current sensor platform portfolio comprises:

• Antenna platform
• Compute and networking platform
• Sensor application software
  
  
  

As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps that align with our strategic goals and market opportunities for the entire platform portfolio.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, systems architects, and product management, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Acting as a mentor and support for engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Representing the platform portfolio's technical solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Overseeing the integration and interoperability of the antenna platform, compute platform, and sensor application software to create a cohesive and innovative product offering.
  
  
  

Please note that location for this role is either Gothenburg or Solna.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of both technology and business needs.

Key qualifications include:

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on software and hardware development.
• Proven experience in product management, software development, hardware development or a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for innovation, both regarding technology and business models
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with software and hardware development methodologies, requirements management, and technical documentation.
• A genuine interest in technology and a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of antenna systems, high-performance compute systems, and software integration.
• Experience from the defense or aerospace industry.
