Role Overview:

As an HR & Team Recruitment Growth Intern, you will play a great role in supporting our tech company’s team growth & team management. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in the inner workings of a startup, gain exposure to multiple facets of business operations, and contribute directly to our company's success.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, offering a chance to develop a wide range of skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal HR: 1-on-1s, handbooks and internal team engagement
• Hiring: Talent scouting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, particularly within the areas of design, development, and marketing.

Please Note: This is an unpaid internship and our tech company is in the very early stages of development. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about working in a startup environment and is looking to gain valuable experience in multiple areas of business operations.
