Senior Manager - Artificial Intelligence

Encipher AI has partnered with one of the largest luxury real estate developers in the UAE, to support them in hiring a Senior AI Manager.

Role

In this role, you will lead generative AI projects, overseeing their execution while remaining hands-on with programming and development. Your role will include creating and implementing AI-driven solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires expertise in AI techniques, strong programming skills, leadership abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in leading and managing generative AI or LLM projects
• Experience building AI solutions within HR, Payroll, Finance or Sales industry
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI models
• Strong programming skills in AI-related technology such as Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Experience with NLP and deep learning techniques.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and other generative AI frameworks.
• Communicate AI project progress, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and/or Data Science
