About the Role:

We are seeking a middle Python/Golang Developer to join our client's team and play a crucial role in scaling their product to meet growing customer demands. This position involves not only coding but also actively proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the product. You will work with PostgreSQL databases, utilise Docker and Kubernetes for deployment, and ensure the system's reliability and performance under continuous load.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Go (Golang).
• Implement concurrent programming techniques to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure code quality and organisation for maintainability and scalability.
• Utilise Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and management.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Go's database/sql package to manage data effectively.
• Design and implement REST-API services for seamless integration.
• Maintain high system reliability and data integrity under continuous load.
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development using Go (Golang) and Python.
• Experience with concurrent programming and building scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Go's database/sql package.
• Understanding of web services and REST-API principles.
• Excellent self-organisation and autonomy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
  
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Python, as part of the old architecture, is in Python.
• Previous experience in the fintech industry is advantageous but not essential.
