The tech-market keeps expanding, and so does Tietoevry Banking. We are now looking for an HR-professional to join us in Oslo. You will work both locally and globally to drive and support business need and growth. The primary focus will be on the local market in Norway driving transformational projects and union stakeholder management, but also take active part in global HR deliverables and projects. We are in an exciting time where we have an opportunity to re-think how we operate and work within the HR-function, while leveraging what is already great. We are looking for HR professional with the capability to steer and drive on their own as well as contributing to process and projects. You will be part of a global HR team, reporting to Head of HR.  

With us you will

• Manage, drive and support transformation projects
• Support global business unit’s managers with strategic and operational support
• Participate in HR projects
• Follow up data and reports and make analysis in relation to turnover, hires, leavers, and attrition
• Experience with Norwegian labour law, collective agreements and cooperation/consultation with Unions
• Co-create workshop and presentation material
• Provide input and knowledge to our HR function to constantly improve the ways of working
  
  
  

Who you are?

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Experienced HR professional with knowledge in Norwegian labour law and union stakeholder management
• Previously worked in an international environment
• Enjoying change management and projects
• Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to plan and execute tasks and projects
• Responsible and structured
• Works independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
