Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Product Manager to join our team for a 6-month engagement. The role involves managing and delivering digital initiatives in the investment banking domain, with a focus on driving product strategy, prioritization, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for digital products related to Investment Banking.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage and optimize workflows within platforms such as IB Hive and OnePass.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve product offerings.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a digital or financial domain.
• Familiarity with Investment Banking digital products (IB Hive or similar platforms).
• Experience with OnePass or similar authentication / single sign-on systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
