Qualifications
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through to polished and functional solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to inform design decisions
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences
- Design for multiple platforms including web, iOS, Android, tablet, and desktop
- Create and refine design systems to ensure visual consistency across products
- Develop custom visuals, icons, and illustrations to enhance product aesthetics
- Communicate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including clients, executives, and development teams
- Advocate for user needs and user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Leverage AI-driven tools to support ideation, image creation, and design workflow optimization

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or equivalent role
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high-quality visual design
- Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proven experience designing across multiple platforms and form factors
- Experience leveraging AI tools in design processes
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with various project-based processes
- Rate up to 110,00 PLN/h + VAT
- Hybrid work (1–2 days per week from the Wrocław office)
- Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł
- Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5)
- Co-financing of courses related to the position
