We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to strengthen the team further. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, an aptitude for learning, and accuracy in completing tasks. The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and communicate across various levels within the organization would be a key factor for success.

This is a hybrid role, requiring work in the Wroclaw office 3 days a week.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support within one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and prompt responses
  • Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance standards
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Compile reports and data summaries to meet operational or compliance-related needs
  • Cooperate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational initiatives

 

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience in People Operations
  • Strong focus on details
  • Proactive approach, positive attitude, and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
  • Good knowledge of the Polish language
