Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

• Supporting TR Marketing team in Community, Social Media, CRM, Content, Growth and Events when in need;
• Prepare post campaign analysis and wrap up the reports;
• Conduct competitor analysis and report;
• Structuring, managing and growing our community via Telegram and Discord;
• Taking care of the budget and invoices;
• Maintaining relationships with multiple vendors;
• Coordinating inter-department cooperation between various business lines;
• Angel program management, including conducting program-wide reviews, hiring, team building and more.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong passion and knowledge for crypto and Binance;
• Experience or strong interest in community management, and/or other relevant experience;
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord and other community channels;
• Experiences in managing community bots will be a huge plus;
• Ability to handle a high pace and many moving parts at once;
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage;
• Growth mindset, familiarity with marketing applications as Digital Marketing, Event Management, Social Media;
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with different teams, positive attitude and can do approach even being challenged;
• Self motivated, self driven and being able to work independently as the position is a remote role.
