Role Overview

We’re seeking an Influencer & Channel Manager to oversee strategy, operations, and growth for our four YouTube channels and their hosts. You will build and execute influencer campaigns, manage channel operations (upload scheduling, metadata, analytics), and coordinate with relevant teams to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Partnerships

• Define and implement influencer marketing strategies across crypto audiences
• Identify, vet, and recruit influencers aligned with our brand and growth goals
• Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and ensure on-brand messaging

YouTube Channel Operations

• Oversee video scheduling, uploads, and metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)
• Monitor channel analytics (views, watch time, engagement) and report insights
• Optimize content for growth: SEO, playlists, cards, end screens, and thumbnails

Campaign Management & Reporting

• Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns (product launches, series, live events)
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and refine tactics based on data
• Provide weekly performance reports to senior leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with relevant teams for cohesive promotion
• Coordinate content briefs, scripts, and asset delivery with hosts and production
• Align influencer initiatives with broader marketing and product campaigns

Community Engagement & Brand Voice

• Support hosts in live streams, Q&A sessions, and community events
• Maintain consistent brand tone across channels and influencer content
• React to real-time trends and viewer feedback to inform content strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, YouTube channel management, or social media operations
• Proven track record growing multiple YouTube channels or influencer networks
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing influencer contracts
• Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, SEO, and platform analytics
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills
